This is our most popular season, with prime availability for outdoor ceremonies and higher demand for dates. While we work to keep our pricing reasonable, this time of year does run slightly more than off-season dates.

November- March

During the off-season, we offer $500.00 off of our listed barn rental options. Since these months can be a bit temperamental weather wise, you and your guests will be comfortable as our venue is fully heated and air-conditioned. It is also large enough to move ceremonies indoors should weather not cooperate.

Full Weekend Rental

Peak Season: April - October | $5000.00

What this package includes:

Exclusive venue access to the venue starting at 9am Friday morning through 10am Sunday morning. The reception is to end by 10pm unless arrangements are made in advance for extended time.
You may host your Rehearsal Dinner for up to 50 guests in the "high ceiling" area of the barn on Friday evening. For more details, contact us.
You are welcome, with advanced arrangements, to use our property/ venue for engagement photo sessions or a bridal portrait session.

Saturday Only Rental

Peak Season: April - October | $4000.00
Off-Season: November - March | $3500.00
