The Barn at Kline's Mill is a stunning wedding and event venue located in Linville, VA. Linville is in the Shenandoah Valley just outside of Harrisonburg, VA. 

 

You and your guests will enjoy the view as well the rustic elegance of the barn's beautiful tin ceilings, and yellow pine tongue and groove wood walls. The ample indoor restroom facilities feature Saltillo tile walls, handmade terracotta tiles, and can accommodate up to 250 guests for buffet or plated meals; 350 guests for heavy hors d'oeuvres style events.

 

The Barn is fully climate controlled with central heating and air-conditioning for year-round comfort.  Should the weather be a concern, our barn is large enough to hold the ceremony indoors.

 

 

 

 

• Two outdoor ceremony location options each with its own arbor.

• 12 Custom hand built farmhouse tables to incorporate into your floor plan.

• "Bistro" (aka "Edison") lights strung in the high ceiling area of the barn and surrounding the entire perimeter of the barn's dining area.  These replaced the paper lanterns that used to be in the barn.

• Custom hand build bar made to compliment the look of the barn and farmhouse tables.

• All 60" round tables needed for your event.  Please note, 60" round tables provide comfortable seating for 8 guests per table.

• All necessary 6ft and 8ft rectangular banquet tables needed for your event.

• Large wine barrel table with Teak tabletop which is used for your cake/ cupcake/ dessert suite display.

• 500 solid maple padded folding chairs.

• Half drop white or ivory linens.  Other colors and lengths are available as rentals.

• Collection of lawn games which include two corn hole boards, lawn Jenga, a giant Connect 4, lawn Dominoes, and lawn Dice.  These are placed out for you and your guests to enjoy after your Ceremony is finished.

• Moveable fire pits.

• Outdoor patio area.

• A sitting room just off the main event room.

• Two onsite holding kitchens.

• Expansive parking area large enough to support up to 6 full-size charter buses and additional vehicles.  Uber will also serve our venue guests.

• Most of our couples opt to host their rehearsal dinner in the Farmhouse Banquet Room.  The banquet room may be rented for $250 plus tax and includes all tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, and glassware needed for your dinner.  Service in the banquet room is handled "Family Style".  If you choose to rent the barn for the full weekend, the use of the banquet room for your rehearsal dinner is complimentary.

• You may also rent the Early Farmhouse for your wedding day for you and your wedding party to get ready.  The great room of the Farmhouse is large enough for you, and all of your bridesmaids, mothers, and friends to get ready together at the same time.  The room supports multiple hairstylists and makeup artists working at the same time.  This area has a sliding barn door that keeps others from sneaking peeks.  The men usually get ready upstairs in the king suite and other bedrooms.  There is a full bathroom downstairs and two upstairs.  You also have access to the spacious kitchen and 2 other living room areas.  The house rents for $350 plus tax and is yours from 9 am-8 pm.
